I'd definitely recommend EMG Thetford to friends and family because Billy who we dealt with was not pushy - he answered all our queries and let us decide, which is what we wanted.
I had a great experience at EMG Thetford because they were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and offered a fair deal on a great car.
Very patient and happy to help. We were drawn to them because they offered a good trade in price online when we expressed an interest in the vehicle. Unfortunately they didn't live up to the offer because they claim that the programme they use generated a retail price not a trade in price despite our vehicle being in top condition (their opinion, not mine). Made the negotiations a little more stressful than expected.
